What to expect
Arrive whenever
There is no dress code and no expectation. Come at 10:25 or come at 10:40 — someone will find you a seat either way.
About an hour
Music, a meditation, and a talk drawn from the month's theme. Nothing is asked of you but your attention.
Stay for fellowship
Coffee, conversation, and the offer of a short private prayer with one of our licensed practitioners — a free service to the community.
